vivo unveiled the X300 Ultra in March in China, and later announced it for the global markets, making it the first Ultra model to debut outside vivo’s home country. The vivo X300 Ultra was also launched in India a few days ago at a grand event hosted in New Delhi. The smartphone will be available in India in Eclipse Black and Victory Green colors. We already showed you the X300 Ultra in silver and black shades, so let’s take a quick look at the Victory Green colorway now.

Needless to say, the front of the vivo X300 Ultra’s Victory Green model is the same as other color models – there’s a 6.82″ 144Hz LTPO AMOLED display of 3,168×1,440-pixel resolution with an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner underneath and a centered punch-hole for the 50MP selfie camera.

Turn the phone around, and that’s where things get interesting. The first thing that catches attention is, obviously, the big, circular camera island. vivo calls it the Metal-Biscuit Style camera module, which houses a 200MP primary camera, a 200MP periscope telephoto camera, a 50MP ultrawide camera, a vivo color-sensing camera, and an IR blaster. The LED flash, called “Adaptive Zoom Flash” by vivo, is placed outside the camera island.

The camera island is thick, and when you factor in the size of the X300 Ultra’s display, holding and using the smartphone with one hand could be difficult for some.

The rear panel of the vivo X300 Ultra’s Victory Green model is covered in glass, and while it has a glossy texture, it did a great job of resisting smudges, even when held with sweaty hands and fingers.
That said, the rear panel of the Victory Green colorway features a split design, with a major portion coated in a pastel green shade, while the bottom area is painted in a different color. It also features the vivo logo, which is only visible from certain angles.

The Victory Green model – like the black and silver versions – has an aluminum frame with a matte finish, which resists smudges and gives the phone a premium in-hand feel. The power button and volume rocker located on the right side of the frame also have nice feedback.

We like the overall design of the vivo X300 Ultra’s Victory Green colorway. It has a sturdy build and a premium in-hand feel, even though it could be unwieldy for some users due to its size.
Also, bonus points to vivo for including a high-quality protective case matching the phone’s color in the X300 Ultra’s retail package. The Victory Green colorway looks funkier than the blue and silver models when you put on the bundled green-colored case. It gives the Fashion Edition (FE) vibes.
